Thermo Mate Vertical Storage Solar Energy System

Thermo Mate Vertical Tank Technical Specifications

Thermo Mate Vertical Storage Solar Energy System is a system with natural circulation.

No pump (electricity) is used in the operation of the system. It works in closed circuit.

From the outside, it looks like a single warehouse. The inner body consists of two parts. There is cold water in the upper part and hot water in the lower part. Cold water from the mains enters the upper section first.

A buoy controls the inlet of the water. When hot water is used, cold water flows from the upper section to the lower section and the water in the lower tank starts to heat up.

In these systems; There is no domestic water coming directly from the mains in the solar collector, the system works in two separate circuits.

The tank used in the system is vertical type, double-walled, working with the method of heating from the wall. On the outer wall of the tank, there is a fluid that heats the domestic water inside the tank and prevents the system from freezing, and the system operates with the system closed.

It is recommended in regions with cold climates where frost is common and there is no water shortage.

It is produced in 3 different capacities.

180 lt. Hot Water - 75 lt. Cold water

240 lt. Hot Water - 75 lt. Cold water

300 lt. Hot Water - 100 lt. Cold water

Thermo Mate Horizontal Double Storage Solar Energy System

Thermo Mate Horizontal Double Tank Solar Energy Systems are produced for places with water shortage. In areas where frost is observed, the cold water tank must be insulated.

These systems are horizontal tank systems and exist as two separate horizontal tanks on top of each other.

Of these tanks, the cold water tank at the top can be manufactured as insulated or uninsulated. The hot water tank at the bottom is insulated.

As a working principle, it has natural circulation and the system works as a result of the natural movement of the fluid between the collector and the tank without an additional pump or any similar movement mechanism.

As it is known, the density of the heated water decreases and begins to collect towards the upper part of the system. Cold, that is, high-density water, is directed downwards and collected in the lower part of the system. In the logic of natural circulation, it is the movement that occurs spontaneously with this density change, which is caused by the temperature difference. This movement ensures the realization of heat exchange between the collector and the tank.

In natural circulation systems, the heat transfer fluid circulates between the tank and the collector 8-10 times a day.

There is a float in the cold water tank of Termo Mate Horizontal Solar Energy Systems. Cold mains water is connected to the float. When the system is started to be used, the water that is lost is replenished from the float.

The tank at the bottom is the hot water tank. There is a liner on the outside of the tank. The collector is attached to this shirt. Antifreeze water (collector circuit) circulates in this jacket and transfers the heat it receives from the sun to the domestic water coming from the city network.

These Systems are produced for places with water shortage. Cold water, especially in areas with frost
The tank must be insulated.

It is produced in 2 different capacities.

180 lt. Hot Water - 180 lt. Cold water

240 lt. Hot Water - 240 lt. Cold water

If requested, the Cold Storage Capacity is 300 lt. and 500 lt. can be removed.
